Now that we have seen that the endings are independent of the possessive pronoun and only differ with the gender of the possessed object, we pick one of the pronouns to show all endings adjectival and substantival in all genders.

Plural Nominative -e -e -e -e -e -e
Genitive -er not used -er not used -er not used
Dative -en -en -en -en -en -en
Accusative -e -e -e -e -e -e

As you can see the differences are only in Nominative for masculine and neutral nouns. The plural is for all identical. And the feminine form is the same in adjectival and substantival form.
